About
DespreVictor HĂLMĂGIAN graduated in 2013 from the Air Force Academy "Henri Coandă" in Brașov, Romania, with both a bachelor's and a master's degree in Aeronautical Management. Since then, he has been a HEMS pilot in an elite military squadron, climbing the career ladder from student pilot to commander.
Following the modernization of Romania's HEMS service, he completed the prestigious Airbus Academy courses for the EC135 T2+ and H135 T3H helicopters.
In 2020, he was awarded the Ministry of Internal Affairs "Medal of Honor" for exceptional service.
